Roles for reliability
According to “Three roles you need for reliability success”, there are three roles that need to be filled in order to succeed at maintaining a resilient operation:
- Standards roles set resiliency standards and oversee the execution of resilience efforts.
- Operations roles perform resilience tests on services and remediate reliability risks.
- Leadership roles make reliability a priority and allocate resources to the initiative.
